I began beading at a young age, but I never really had the patience to complete pieces until I grew older. As I often did with many things, I would start a piece, become impatient, and ask my mom to finish it for me. Now beading has become a therapy and peace for me and a way for me to connect with my culture. When I am creating each piece, I make sure that I am in a positive space. I never want any negative feelings or thoughts to go into my work. Know that every piece is made with love and light and a lot of time and thought goes into each and every thing.
